  • John O'Neill:

For Michael Martin. Hello there. I just mailed a copy of a novel I wrote to you for your entertainment (I hope) called Children of the Cromlech. It has a strong Ballon connection though the place is not named. The primary catalyst was the disappearance of the Druid’s Stone behind the village.
I wonder if you would have an interest also in a brief account of a catamaran I built or had built last year on my return from a visit to brother Maurice. I have a few photos and, as I am told, few Ballon men have built and sailed their own boat. We are generally far too sensible for such follies. Best wishes.

    • I look forward to receiving the book John.
Give me the catamaran details too. Maybe there’s a good story for the website.
      Michael

      • Received your book John and read it in one sitting yesterday. It was so readable – well done. It reawakened my abhorrence against the power masters of the Catholic hierarchy and my dismay at the sheeplike qualities of their flock. I note is is available through Kindle “Children of the Cromlech”.

  • How can I order this book?

  • A very beautiful place and very organized site. I love the photos on Pictures’ category. They’re really amazing.
